About Nathan Free

Born and raised in Tasmania, Nathan brings more than two decades of experience helping people navigate significant life decisions with confidence. His career has been built on trust, clear communication and genuine relationships, qualities that naturally led him to real estate.

Before joining the industry, Nathan held a National Manager role within the property claims sector, supporting clients through complex and often challenging circumstances. He then spent more than 14 years successfully owning and operating his own business, where he developed a reputation for accountability, professionalism and consistently delivering on his commitments. These experiences have shaped a calm, solutions-focused approach that continues to benefit his clients today.

Nathan understands that buying or selling a home is about far more than the transaction itself. Every property journey is personal, and he takes the time to understand each client's goals before tailoring a strategy to suit their individual circumstances. Whether working with first-home buyers, growing families, downsizers or investors, he is committed to providing honest advice, transparent communication and guidance at every stage of the process.

Known for his approachable nature and strong negotiation skills, Nathan combines modern marketing strategies with attentive, personalised service to achieve outstanding outcomes. He believes exceptional results are built on trust, integrity and keeping clients informed from beginning to end.

Proud to represent clients across Hobart and Southern Tasmania, Nathan is passionate about the community his family calls home. Together with his wife, Meagan, and daughters, Isla and Darcy, he enjoys the lifestyle Tasmania offers and brings the same care, commitment and authenticity to every client relationship.

Driven by results and grounded in relationships, Nathan is dedicated to delivering an exceptional real estate experience and helping his clients move forward with confidence.
