This 3.725 hectare property is approximately 50% cleared, 50% forest. It has two cleared areas suitable for grazing cattle, horses or sheep, or for a house site (S.T.C.A).
Between the two cleared areas there is a track through dense forest of well established Tas Oak, on a sloping gully. The bottom end of the property, one of the potential house sites (S.T.C.A), is level and adjacent to another forest which in turn is bounded by about 40 m of frontage onto Montos Creek, a permanent stream.
There is a 3-phase power pole on-site, and water is available from Montos Creek and/or from an adjacent private water line.
